The Owl: A Comeback

Guess what? I just woke up and it's already freakin midnight. hehehe Well, I have disturbing sleep habits but now at least I am going back to my old nocturnal self. I am now on night shift. yepey!

Nocturnality to some may be a negative thing. I got a scolding from my Ma because she always assume that me being on this shift will jeopardize my health considering the horror they've been through two years ago when I got hospitalized. As for me, working on night shifts is like Nirvana. nyahahaha. Why? Because as what I've been trying to tell you from my very first post, I am a not a very social person. I don't feel comfortable in crowds. Well, its not like our office is crowded. Let's just say that I am comfortable with my circle of friends. I am not a snob mind you. Not at all, if someone smiles at me then I smile back at them. Im a follower of the Golden Rule. I do what other people are doing unto me. Ironically, I am more socially active online and I don't really know why. Just this morning, I got an invite from a long lost-friend and I was like, God! you found me. Geez, I am everywhere. :))

Anyway, this swapping of skeds is quite different. We're under strict observation from our parent company abroad so we have to be really into it. Not like we're not but then, I guess they want perfection. So, we are stripped off access to anything that is deemed a disturbance. I was on night shift yesterday and believe me, all I did was browse pictures to battle boredom, not drowsiness. Wow! For two months, I think I can already memorize every minute details of each of my workmates' physical features.

Wish me luck!
